Thank you for visiting the Yokomo Global Official Store. To ensure our customers receive their high-performance RC products reliably and quickly, we have established the following shipping policies.

1. Shipping Destinations (US Only)

Currently, the Yokomo Global D2C Store ships exclusively to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). We do not offer direct shipping to Japan or any other international destinations at this time. If you reside outside the US, please purchase through your local authorized Yokomo distributor or hobby shop.

2. Order Processing & Transit Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched from our Japanese warehouse within 1–3 business days after the order is completed.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery to the United States typically takes approximately 3 business days.

  • Customs Delays: Please note that customs inspections and clearance procedures in the US may add additional time beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by such procedures.

3. No Cancellations or Modifications

To get your items to you as fast as possible, our fulfillment center operates on a highly automated system. Once an order is successfully placed, we cannot accept any cancellations, item modifications, or shipping address changes under any circumstances. Please double-check your cart and shipping details carefully before completing your checkout. 4. Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer a simple and transparent shipping program based on your total order value. All orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority.

  • Orders under $400.00: Flat Rate of $30.00

  • Orders $400.00 and over: Free Shipping

5. Customs Duties & Taxes (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP)

To prevent "surprise fees" upon delivery, our store utilizes a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) system.

  • Prepayment: All applicable US import duties and brokerage fees are automatically calculated and collected at checkout.

  • No Fees Upon Delivery: You will not be required to pay any additional fees to the courier upon delivery.

  • Non-Refundable: Customs duties and taxes remitted to the US government are strictly non-refundable, even in the event of a return.

6. Shipping Restrictions & Disclaimers

  • No PO Boxes/APO/FPO: FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. A valid physical residential or business address is required.

  • Signature Release & Theft: FedEx may deliver packages without a signature (Leave at door). Yokomo is not responsible for any theft (Porch Piracy) or loss occurring after the package has been marked as delivered by the courier.

  • Force Majeure: Yokomo is not liable for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, strikes, or customs inspections.

  • Restricted Items: Due to aviation safety regulations (Hazmat), LiPo batteries, nitro fuel, paints, oils, and greases cannot be shipped to the US.

7. Failed Deliveries & Refused Packages

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to the customer's refusal, an incorrect/incomplete address, or failure to claim the package, the order will be returned to Japan. In this event, we will not reship the order. The following costs will be automatically deducted from your refund:

  • Actual cost of return international shipping.

  • Original shipping fee.

  • Non-refundable duties and taxes prepaid under DDP terms.

8. In-Transit Inquiries

Once your order has been dispatched, please contact FedEx Customer Support directly for any inquiries regarding delivery status or to request changes to your delivery schedule using your tracking number.
