These are base weights for aluminum H-arms with added weight. Weighing 20g on each side, they increase the unsprung weight, directly applying load to the rear tires, effectively improving tire traction. Unlike increasing chassis weight, the load is applied regardless of pitching motion, resulting in better slide control and stability when entering corners. Furthermore, the load can be controlled by adding separately sold 5g or 10g weights.
