These drift-specific springs balance machine response and driving stability. Unpainted springs maximize the properties of the steel material. Designed for competitive driving, the progressive type, with its winding pitch changing midway, maintains ride height reliably in rougher sections while providing softer traction in the multi-winding sections. When used on the rear, it creates smoother slides; when used on the front, it mellows steering response. Furthermore, the rebound stroke can be used flexibly to handle roll and road surface irregularities, allowing for a higher level of road feel. The overall length is generally set at 26.5mm, but the Φ1.3mm spring is 28mm in length to make it easier to maintain ride height. The linear-winding Φ1.5mm spring is particularly suitable for the front, enhancing steering response. Even when increasing the steering gyro's reaction during quick turns, its responsiveness is remarkably responsive.
