2.0mm Spacer of Gear Box for RD/SD Series

This is the Teams High Traction Gearbox Spacer, born from an idea by Team YOKOMO DRIFT. This spacer set increases rear traction by raising the gearbox height of the YD-2SXIII. The main plate is made of 2mm thick steel and weighs approximately 17.8g, with the Yokomo logo as a subtle accent. It also includes an aluminum plate that attaches to the front of the gearbox and an aluminum shim that attaches to the front of the upper deck. While primarily designed for the SXIII, it can also be used with E-series and R-series chassis by adding spacers. In addition to the increased weight which improves ground contact, the higher differential position increases the angle of the universal shaft, increasing the force with which the universal axle tip presses the tire towards the road surface when rotating, resulting in improved traction.
