This is a special aluminum motor mount. Its heatsink shape provides excellent cooling, efficiently cooling the motor during drift driving where it tends to overheat. By rotating around the top shaft, the YD-2Z allows for 13 motor position options depending on the chassis setup, while the YD-2ZX allows for 7 motor position options on the upper deck.
