Rear Motor Conversion Kit for YD-2

In recent years, many drift enthusiasts have expressed interest in traction control on low-grip surfaces. The "rear motor conversion" offers the solution to maximize rear traction without altering the overall weight of the vehicle! Changing the mounting position of the heavy motor significantly impacts the machine's balance. Yokomo conducted extensive testing, comparable to that of a new vehicle development project, to achieve the most efficient traction and optimal balance for high drivability. You can enjoy overwhelming acceleration and incredible traction control performance depending on the surface you're driving on. Furthermore, a motor mount with six adjustable height settings is included as standard. This allows for setting changes to suit the road surface and your driving skill. This conversion is compatible with all YD-2 series vehicles! *When using a rear diffuser, please fix the motor mount at the third position from the bottom or higher. Positions below the second from the bottom cannot be used due to interference. *Some upper arm mounting positions are unusable with the YD-2S aluminum shock tower (Y2-018ARS). *The YD-2 rear A-arm suspension kit cannot be used in conjunction with this product.
